Fulbright Foreign Student Program eligibility criteria

• Citizen/resident of a participating country, residing there at time of application
• Not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (dual U.S. citizens ineligible)
• Hold the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
• Demonstrated English proficiency (e.g., TOEFL iBT 79-80+ or IELTS 6.5+)
• Apply through home-country Fulbright Commission/Foundation or U.S. Embassy
• Cannot pursue clinical training programs (medicine, dentistry, nursing, etc.)
