Citizen of a KOICA partner developing country (including Pakistan)
Under 40 years of age
Bachelor's degree for Masters; Master's for PhD
At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant field
Strong academic record (GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher)
Currently employed in a position related to the programme's focus area
Commitment to return to home country after completion
English proficiency (IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent)
