Taiwan ICDF International Higher Education Scholarship eligibility criteria

  • Citizen of an ICDF partner country (including Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, etc.)
  • Under 35 for Masters, under 40 for PhD
  • Hold the required degree for the programme level (high school for Bachelors, Bachelor's for Masters, Master's for PhD)
  • Meet Taiwan ICDF partner university admission requirements
  • Not currently studying in Taiwan
  • Good health (medical check required)
  • English proficiency (IELTS 5.5+ or TOEFL 70+)
