Citizenship of an ARES partner developing country (including Pakistan)
Bachelor's degree for Masters; Master's for PhD
Professional experience of at least 2 years (for Masters)
Not already holding a degree from a Belgian institution
Proficient in French or English depending on the programme
Under 40 years of age for Masters, 45 for PhD
