  • National of an eligible Neso country (e.g. Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Mexico, South Africa, South Korea, Vietnam)
  • Do not hold a degree from a Dutch educational institution
  • Meet the admission requirements of the chosen Dutch programme
  • Have applied or been admitted to a participating Dutch institution/OTS package
  • Demonstrate academic excellence and talent
